Wow, that was great. The crowd was really into it and singing along, too.

Amazing! I was almost going to say that I did not want to hear another singer sing the song and that there were too many people out there singing Mr Perry's songs. But goodness, he was pretty darn good and so was Arnel! Great job!

I think that's the first time in awhile I've seen Cain actually smile and enjoy the moment.

Surprised that Ross is still playing that Schon bass.

Arnel and Ray took it to the Church ... I was trying to see if there were some ushers passing around the collection plate. :D

Isn't this Ray's first tour with TOP? I think he's new to the band. Great pipes.

Just don't ever listen to the Jonathan Cain version of that song. It's puke-inducing!

Cain has a nice if bland & generic voice. Better than Neal at least.

I didn't find it terribly "nice" when I stumbled across him singing "Faithfully". Who knew such a great song could sound so awful! Again folks, it's the voice that makes the song.

Here's one of Cain's solo versions. Cain is nasally, bland, and not a tenor. In concert he can barely cover Rolie's stuff. But terrible? C'mon dude. Great player and decent voice.

I don't love Cain's voice, in fact I think he has a more difficult time covering Rolie than Arnel does covering Perry, however, I wouldn't call his voice terrible either I guess.

Would prefer to have Arnel/Augeri on lead for either of these, but not awful:

Every Generation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rLZuHckANI (BTW: Underrated Schon solo at the end of this)
Lose Myself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8bD_AsdrmcU (Cut from Arrival/Augeri on backing vocals I think.)
Pride of the Family: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mluGKm_zn28 (8:32 mark. Jap bonus off Generations)
All that Really Matters: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rURhJwrjeeY (How did this get on the Time3 set!?!)

It's all a matter of preference. That rendition you posted is every bit as bad as the version I heard of Cain singing by himself. In spite of writing that song, Cain has NO right murdering that song the way he does! He should stick to diddling keyboards  The woman he is singing with is definitely a better singer than Cain is, but that's not saying much!

GREAT performance. I'm slightly annoyed by Ross' expressions throughout such a heartfelt emotional rendition. There's a time and a place, buddy.

I thought he was being the part of the "clown" personally so I wasn't offended.
