Another interesting tidbit is the possibility of Wonder Woman's outfit changing three times throughout the course of the film to coincide with each new era. Although not confirmed, it would make the most sense as she tries to acclimatize to each new setting she's introduced to.
"I think it's been said many times before: [Superman] is potentially a very boring character because he has no faults," he explained. "So you really have to find his demons really to get an internal conflict going. You've really got to do that. Whether that's by an external agency or something deep inside himself. You need that conflicted character."
That's what made the Greek gods so great. I mean they were jealous, vengeful, hubristic. They had all these things going for them. I think that’s why Batman’s such an interesting character because he’s human, so he’s just like us. He’s relatable, rather than someone who’s just perfect.”

Of course, El Maybe took credit to be the first one to break it, but he didn't. I was on the boards when Den of Geek broke their news about it. They are small, but reliable.

Clark Kent is neon's more relatable than Bruce Wayne will ever be. Clark Kent grew up with loving parents. He grew up on a farm. He was taught morals. He had childhood friends. He's had childhood crush's. He went to school. He played sports. He has a demanding job. He has co-workers. He works in the big city. He's a smalltown dude with a humbling nature. If people and writers would just understand Clark's emotions more, he would be one of the best written characters today...but people just don't get him right.
Bruce Wayne never had those things. He is human, but yet, is written as the "BatGod." Some of his feats....as a human....are downright ridiculous and on par with the greatest feats a superhero could own. Bruce Wayne is the mask. He's Batman at heart. Superman is Clark Kent in a suit. The only difference is Superman is the blueprint of the word superhero. Supes is THEE epitome of the word and people/fans hold it against him without knowing that Clark is one of the most human over all of them at heart regardless of his alien origin. Bruce is cold and bloodthirsty.. a tortured soul and likes it that way.

Good to hear. I wasn't sure if they "got" their info from a previous "scoop" made by the dreaded HH. CBR reported it, and they linked to the Yahoo article, which in turn referenced DoG. It's one big merry-go-round.

Marvel just announced a few films today (Ant-man and the Wasp sequel and two unnamed films for 2020) so it' not outside the realm of possibility that WB/DC announce some movie stuff.

Did you see DisMarvelney kicked their Captain Marvel movie back to March 2019?
verslibre wrote:Yeah. I figured it was a vision. Probably Wondy's.
So that badass Bat hat is a NYCC exclusive.

Yep. They continue to be scared of their female led characters. Looks like Wondy will be going up against Cars III, which is good for Wondy.
YoungJRNYfan wrote:The New Era hats are fucking sweet! I might get all 3 of them to display. The leather one's/New Era will be available to us next year. The NYCC exclusive are the ones sitting in front of the suit displays with the NYCC patch on the side.

The all-black one is NYCC-exclusive, right? No doubt they'll show up on eBay for ridiculous asking prices.

I look at this way: Superman is country, Batman is rock 'n' roll.![]()
Don't take what George says too seriously. I watched the video where those comments came from, and George looks like he does NOT want to answer questions concerning MoS2. I'm convinced it's at least "on the table," pending his making another movie first. If he's thinking about it, he's not supposed to talk about it — or he just can't talk about it. But he could have easily said nothing. Instead, he makes a few remarks.
Characters like Batman will always get the "relatable" tag because non-superpowered characters do. The "good old boys" like Superman and Captain America fall in and out of vogue, but they're always there, and they'll never go away, because they're the pillars who support their respective universes.
When Wonder Woman shows up, even Batman is going to take a back seat for a spell!

People do NOT relate to perfect human characters who grow up in a perfect house with a perfect family and a perfect childhood. People are flawed. People have issues. They have issues within their family. They have issues with how they were raised. They have internal issues with themselves. Imperfection and struggle is what people relate to because that is life. The only person who can relate to a Superman without any flaws was nailed to a cross 2000yrs ago.
