I get the reward for Priebus... but as CoS, Priebus will be responsible for some 4000 appointments that will be the upper echelon of D.C. bureaucracy. I don't want him responsible for appointing 4000 ex-GWB establishment bureaucrats to top positions of influence. There's no way Trump can change Washington if Priebus is stacking it with insiders.

Some are saying that Trump does need an insider in this position to help him navigate. Trump has also said that in addition to the recommendations that his staff will have for these positions he has a list of his own and he will be the final decision maker. Take that for what it is worth. The point is that Trump needs to make sure that each and every person on his staff is all in on his agendas. Trump is a risk taker. It's one of the reasons for his achievements. He also seems to be one not afraid to pull the trigger when needed. Plus he seems to have an excellent skill at reading people. Lastly it doesn't seem to me that he is the kind of guy that accepts excuses and doesn't give a lot of second chances.

Trust me Boomchild, I didn't like his remarks one bit. I'm watching. If Trump turns on us, we are truely screwed. On the other hand, there was no point in going after Clinton while Democrats have power. I'm hoping the NEW Justice Department will go after the Clintons, all three of them, Holder, Lynch, Both IRS assholes, and Comey. Soros is about to cross the line also. I'd love to see him get "black bagged" and wake up in Russia.

I feel the same. I would have rather had him say that something to the effect that he is going to appoint a great director of the FBI and the DOJ and they will continue to investigate the matter and bring the facts forward. Now that I think about it, with Trump it's all about strategy. Maybe he responded the way he did to try and calm the waters but he is still going to make sure it gets done. BTW, what are your thoughts on his COS appointment?

She is saying this was all a joke. I don't think anyone is buying it.

Yeah she was doing all this as a joke, mind you, at the expense of terrorizing her little kid. I find it completely despicable that a parent such as her would do this to her kid, or any other kid for that matter. Some parents really piss me off! And I'd have the exact opinion on it as, say, a Trump supporter doing it to their kid who "voted for Hillary". That behavior is completely unacceptable and pathetic!

And I've got a co-worker who was telling another co-worker in the office the morning after Trump won, she was saying that she told her eight year old kid that when Trump takes office, he was going to make all non-whites wear a red star on their shirts to indicate that they are not here illegally. Basically so Trump would know who is and who is not here illegally. She did this for a few reasons, but primarily because she knows damn good and well that her kid is going to repeat this bullshit to other kids at school, who most of them are non-whites. So much of the negative sediment against Trump that is displayed by kids and teens is based on what their fucked up parents are telling them at home.

I would think it would have to be brought up in the House, then passed by the Senate, before Trump could do anything like that, unless we have Marshall law for some reason.

According to the article I posted from Reuters, a similar system was used during the Bush administration. I'm not sure he would need congressional approval. After all, he can by executive order halt immigration altogether. Also, during WWII the President put a similar system in place with Japanese immigrants which I think was done by executive order.

This takes me back a few months back when the San Jose (CA) Warriors lost their big game. Grown men were on the news saying that they haven't been able to even turn on the sports channel for "three weeks" since the loss was so devastating. But you know when you're society is fucked up when the "adults" can't even handle a stupid game loss. Fuck just wait and see how they handle being diagnosed with inoperable cancer or something and only have a few months to live. Bet those fucks would reflect back to the stupid shit that ruined their lives such as a game loss or who the next fucking president is and wish at that point this was all they had to worry about instead. We have created a generation that can't handle the realities of real life. With the way they have reacted to something as basic as an election loss, imagine how they would react if we were at war and the chaos and deaths were happening right on our own soil.
