Have to think they weren't supposed to let that out. Having said that, it was a first listen like. My ears are hearing IBAWY and Lights. Safe to say those that said he couldn't sing anymore were wrong. I'm gonna say it...he could still front Journey.

Love what I am hearing in this long clip. Damn he knows 60's R&B and soul. Was worried it would be a sad ballad but the chorus lifts it from this. Just a touch of Lights is cool. Hope Neal doesnt sue, heh

Kind of reminds me a bit of the opening to Lights from the Bill Graham tribute. I know that performance didn't sit well with some, but I personally enjoyed it. Pure soul both on that day and in this new track.

Am I the only one who gets a Natural Thing vibe from it? Reminded me of that right off the bat. And it had me sobbing from the first note. This album release is a very emotional one for me. Going through a sad time right now and out of nowhere he swooped in and announced the album. Nothing else could have lifted this sadness. I'm beyond elated that he's back.
