When the full report was released, it included multiple descriptions of obstruction and descriptions of collusion that did not rise to conspiracy.....and left it up to congress to decide what to do with the information, whether intentional or not. The various committees have continued to investigate it ever since...while the White House refuses to cooperate in any way. This has NOT ended.

IMO, it is almost a certainty that this will go to the Senate. IMO, it may not win 2/3 of the Senate...but it is MUCH more probable today than it was two weeks ago.
