He's the guitarist for Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson. Co-wrote and played on Sun Shines Grey with Steve. Apparently worked on other material with him as well. Had you read the quote above you would see that he said that him and Steve would warm up with acoustic versions of Journey songs. I thought it was interesting. Being that you speak for everyone else, I guess I was wrong.

Why not? Doesn't make the person any less gifted or any more. It's his thing. Same thing with KISS...if they are good, why the costumes and makeup and stage names? Maybe a person doesn't feel that they are any good...its just their thing. What they wanted to be. Steve Perry, among other big names in the industry, feels that John 5 is good enough to be featured on his album and other songs.
