Interesting. This is a blurb from his wiki profile:

"For some time Todd has been David Lee Roth's personal tour manager and was on tour with Van Halen in 2015."

I doubt it. AEG does not have that many venues to choose from. They simply do not have a huge choice on where to go, and when. It was also probably put together a long time ago, long before Todd entered the picture.
