Oh I quite agree......I can't remember you mentioning him overly much in my time here - could be just a case of it being a 'given', plus a certain predilection on your behalf for all things Finnish!!

I'm fairly sure none of the girls here would dispute it is a 'given' that David Coverdale is THE voice! Whether he sings or just breaths for air, it all is beautiful. *drools* :)

Amen to that S-dip!!!

Kenny, there are plenty of bands that I haven't mentioned in here that I like. Want a list of my cd collection? :D Just kidding. I do tend to love Finnish metal in a perhaps 'over the top' manner, but there are great bands from other countries too. I'm not exclusively into Finnish stuff.

This week is default week. I was at my friend's place for my time off, and now I'm home only to work lots of hours.

Within Temptation "The Silent Force" is my AOTW.

And aren't both great bands?

Obviously my AOTW is still Masterplan - Aeronautics. So many wonderful songs on one album... it's unbelievable. :D

I don't know if Aeronautics qualifies for album of the week for me because I just got it today. I haven't stopped listening to it and I have to agree with you S-dip, it's very easy to listen too. :D

Other than that, I've been listening to Xandria's Ravenheart quite a bit.

You tell me what my AOTW is...

Everyone sing it with me. And a 1, and a 2, and...

Staaaaaand my ground, I won't give in. No more denying, I've got to face it. Won't close my eyeeeees and hide the truth inside. If I don't make it, someone else will stand my ground!

Yep, it's my default album again. Within Temptation "The Silent Force."

...

Sorry for the lack or originality from week to week, but I just haven't had much time to myself. I'm going 10 straight days without a day off from work. You can thank five co-workers who quit over the past week.

You're right. The german 'u' is pronounced as 'oo'. Then again there are several people with weird names. I can understand that Fish calls himself Fish. His name being Derek Dick. I'm just waiting for the Dick parents to call a son William...

I've only listened to Deep Purple this week, so eeny meeny miny moe "Stormbringer"...

I must be having a blonde moment, but what's so weird about Bill as a first name? :?

My AOTW is still Masterplan - Aeronautics. Not one bad song on that album really... sigh :)

No defaulting this time. My AOTW goes to Rick Wakeman "The Masters." Plain and simple, if you're talking about keyboard legends, this guy is it.

It's a toss up for me this week. I've been listening to both of Masterplan's albums. I don't know which one I like better, they're both very good.

Tali, Fluff is very Wakeman, don't you think?
