Or is it for all their fans...a creative outlet for widespread appeal? I hope Journey look at the way Soul SirkUS did things: Chemistry and Energy, post-production and a good package, Internet available, a good buzz, a distribution deal. Worry about the music, do what they want to do, then see what comes of it. If Journey thinks they have a hit I think there will be a push. But I still don't see a full-court press of TV Appearances, etc. Journey just doesn't strike me as that type of band anymore. I think there will be a fair buzz about the CD since it has already begun due to the WOF. I think there will be some follow-up when the CD comes out. But in the end, I think Journey will rely on the tour to do the promoting. Of course, back in the day, that is what a tour was for. So as long as they play a fair representation of the new music than I say Journey will still have a sucessful year. I guess I just think this will be seat-of-the-pants promotion...reactive more than proactive. (I hope I am wrong)
