Like McCain v. Obama the other night, I give Joe points for solidarity and elder status.
Might give him a slight edge, not sure.
I feel ya.

Would you like to have her ass handed to you?

Quit giving sympathy points to the elderly!! Biden looked constipated. After 8 years of staring at Cheney and 8 years before that of staring at Gore, I'm tired of VPs who look so damn miserable!

I like Palin and it bugs me. I also cringed when she said nook-yoo-ler like Bush. Ugh! Other than that, she did a great job.

The reason is simple. The female tuna tasters of the opposite party know that they don't have a shot at licking her envelope.

Being totally serious here, has Biden had some Schon work on his face? Something looked so off about his one eye.

He has a permanent "stink eye". Better equipped to give Palin dirties when she's talking about mavericks for the 7,283rd time.

Jana wrote:No, I think Palin really didn't show nerves and handled herself well. I still don't think she should be a heartbeat away from the presidency. He should have picked Romney. But Biden, I came away very impressed. To me, and this is just my opinion, he directly answered every question and didn't skirt around them, which she did at times.

Wrong. Biden, if anything, knows TOO much and talks TOO much about it. She doesn't know shit outside of what she's been force-fed by the Rovites. Biden clearly won, but because the expectations were so low, I think her performance helped the McCain ticket.
She gave NO specifics about ANYTHING, and NEVER factually refuted the (false) notion that McCain's policies differ from those of W.

Sarah looked beautiful, is much better to look at and listen to than Joe and she gets my vote
for tonight! She's a bright woman and she can do the job, no problem.

Not as terrifying as Cheney, Wolfowitz, Ashcroft, Rove, and Bush all in the same room at the same time...except that happened on dozens of occasions.
