I would give you credit if you didn't have the Patriots winning by 10 touchdowns every week, kid. Sure, you predicted a beatdown, but again, it's the same prediction every week, regardless of who the opponent is. I didn't think the Patriots had ANY shot of scoring more than about 20 points on the Jets defense, so count me as stunned. It's still just one game, but if that defense ever learns how to play, they should definitely be a very formidable opponent and a tough out come playoff time. A one seed is still no guarantee. The Patriots still have to play Chicago and Green Bay as well as two divisional games against Buffalo and Miami. Luckily, the Jets still have to play Pittsburgh.

Nice prediction dude, we all have them and pick teams every week the same way you just predicted your 12th pick in a row by picking New England by 4 touchdowns.I agree with John, it would be more impressive if you don't pick the Pats to win by more than 5 touchdowns every damn week, it's a broken record with you with every last silly post after another but before you gag on your own semen in flattery, you failed for giving the Jets too much credit on the forefront of 17 points!

Ok, here's a challenge for you. Find every instance where I've picked NE to win by 12 TDs every week....In fact, I believe I called the Miami game 41-17....and it ended up being 41-14. Gave the Phins too much credit there as well....go do some research, Lois....

Why must you turn everything into a pissing match? Haha, okay, you predicted a blow out and it happened, good job. We all predict things in the same manor and me and John WEEKLY predict games and the amount of points each team will win by and it comes correct. On paper, the logic screamed that with the kind of football the Jets play, and since the last meeting between these two was lower scoring, that this game would of been competitive and down to the wire considering the stakes. Like John stated, you pick the Pats every week by 10 touchdowns so this happened to look good on your fruity resume.

We agree on that, 100%. Like I said on this board before last night's game, this is Brady's greatest season, EVER. For some reason, this guy takes it to another level when he's not playing with superstars (Moss). If Brady doesn't win the MVP, there should be an investigation. The guy has 4 interceptions on the season and one was just him throwing the ball 50 yards down the field at the end of the half, one was a tipped ball, and one other was Randy Moss quitting on a route. I'm still not really sold on the Patrtiots being "the best team in the league", but given what I've seen this season, I think I'll grudgingly agree that they're the best team in the league at this point. That said, they were FAR better than any team in the league in 2007 (including the Giants) and that didn't end well.

Losing big, losing small, losing mediocre or in between, it isn't fun, period. But funny you say that. Back in the 2004 AFC Champ game, of course, my Steelers saw the Pats come in here and WOMP all over us right from the get-go. Earlier in the year, we saw a rookie QB (Roethlisberger) beat 2 undefeated teams in a row, one being the Eagles at 7-0, and the other the Pats, 7-0 (eventual Super Bowl matchup that year.) The Steelers had homefield (everyone knows the Pats second home is Pittsburgh) so to see them climb to like a 24-3 halftime lead was like "okay, I just sat down, where did that come from?" And by the 3rd, the thought of losing set in and I was ready for the outcome. Those damn, pesky, nauseating Patriots! Their just so fuckin good and I LOATHE it, but respect it!

I am still not sold on New England's defense. Yeah, the jets churned up a whopping three points, and yes, the patriots can flat out coach can't they? However, Sanchez shit the bed last night. he couldn't even complete a 5 yd crossing pattern to Holmes. They can't possibly play that poorly again. The Pats defense is not as good as the score indicated last night. We'll see what Cutler does against them next week.

Dude, there are no more BYE weeks, haha. The Pat's BYE week was forever ago. They got the Bears next week, followed by a home game hosting Green Bay (which should be a great, great game, as well as the Bears.) Even the Bills or Dolphins may give N.E fits, but I see them losing NO MORE than one during that stretch.

Big deal, you got one right. You are still the worst fan ever. Your arguments are the absolute weakest known to man. Congratulations on last night. I WILL eat crow, big time. The entire country was wrong. Like I said though, your continuous complaining of officials and excuses is what you are known for. When someone mentions "S2M" that's what immediately comes to mind. Not your rare correct prediction, but your prevelant complaining. You still suck dude.

more often than not they lose cause of some egregious officiating call(4 and 2 against Indy, Eli's Great Escape). And continue to call me out on complaining about officiating....It doesn't bother me.

It's a shame for New England fans to be recognized as their arrogant filth of the mouth because you define them. John has a one set mind and hasn't changed his tune since I've known him around here and he is as educational and smart as a football fan can get so his kind of fandom is overshadowed by excuse making dildos like you.Seriously though, stop with this refs garbage man! It's making you look so foolish to people that come in here and read about the NFL thread. The Steelers over the past 2 weeks before were penalized over 200 yards of penalties and STILL won the game, so stop with the refs nonsense! Every team in any which games gets the calls, some don't and some are balanced, it's the way sports work. STOP!
