It's okay. If it wasn't for the refs, you would have been 4-0!

Game-changing calls by refs are reserved for bogus 3rd down PI calls and non-calls on muggings of sure TD catches, not the litany of holds.

Are you serious? Even Deano can't argue that being the biggest non-call in SB history....

Yep, in the Super Bowl you MUST let the players play in those situations. That's why so much money is involved in football on those occasions and in those moments. The fans want to see the players play. If you look, the Pats turn their body into the hold anyhow, most of those aren't called. Besides, Eli just heaved it, it could have been picked or EASILY swapped away. That catch was S-I-C-K!

BULLSHIT...a penalty is a penalty. Let's not totally ignore the rule book now because money is riding on the outcome....Yeah, blame Symour because he was TRYING to tackel Eli....blame him because he MADE O'Hara hold him....shame on Richard....

For some reason, I'm getting a gut check that N.Y comes to play. No way it's a 45-3 job, no way no how. Can't go against Brady at home when they are playing this flawless though. The Jets and Sanchez just don't strike me as an overall good team whatsoever. Brady preys on defense's like the Jets (and unfortunately, the Steelers.) I'll say 30-21 Pats.

I'm reading Bill Simmons's Book of Basketball now... that's a great and intelligent Boston sports fan. What a great and hilarious read.

Fair point, and I know Simmons and he IS smart. The question is, would you buy a book penned by S2M entitled, And Then They Held? Or maybe his follow up book, Eli's Great Escape that Really Wasn't.
Now I personally would buy JonathanfromBostons book, Fuck off Douche?

When Lynch scored on that epic run in Seattle Saturday, it registered on the richter scale. University of Washington said it registered between 1.0 and 2.0 on the scale...meaning their crowd kicks ass. Probably the best home field in the NFL...sorry Steeler fan.

Good call, and I believe it. Qwest is on record as having the loudest recorded decibels at 119. Arrowhead is second at 116. In contrast, the KC airport is usually operating at or below 100.

Maybe because there is a lack of airplanes and traffic. Who the fuck wants to go to Kansas City? I know Zack Grenke sure as Hell doesn't.
