Now seeing the Pack/Bears game, I think it was very gutless for Cutler to not even push his way back into the game, check that, not even a game, possibly the biggest game of the YEAR, esp for him and for sure his whole career. Didn't Phillip Rivers play his entire AFC Champ game against N.E on a torn MCL? Yeah, no excuse for this puss.
Are you kidding me? An MCL tear is usually worse than an ACL tear and he would've risked doing even more severe damage to the joint if he had tried. Unbelievable.
Bullshit, these pro athletes take shots & injections the size of a buzz-saw in those situations, atleast numb the damn thing, it's what football is all about. He still could have played, without question. He was walking fine and I think I saw him celebrate like a champ as well when the 3rd string QB looked like Montana before he threw the game deciding pick. I don't question the severity of knees, but they could have shot it up to the point to where he could have finished the game, or atleast fucking TRY.
YOU ARE FULL OF SHIT. You clearly have NO idea or experience when it comes to knee injuries like this. I DO. I have torn my ACL (100%) on BOTH knees and my MCL (100%) on my right knee. I also partially tore my MCL (left knee-30%). The MCL is
clearly the more painful of the two. I DID play an entire year of college football with a torn ACL. The only problem was that it did hurt, but that was taken care of with meds and needles, but it also "gave out" all the time. The MCL is a completely different animal. You can't even limp with that injury. It is the most pain I have ever felt in my life. You can't man up that injury. Even the OG couldn't even play with a partial tear of the MCL. It is that fucking bad I tell you.
Trav, I am glad you have NO experience in knee pain/surgeries. I am glad you haven't had those injuries. I talk alot of shit on here obviously, but with this topic, I am the MR expert. I have had 7 knee surgeries, ACL(2), MCL once and meniscus clean ups. Meniscus is irritable, but one can definitely play through that pain. Same with cartiledge. Meniscus and cartiledge are just annoying.... These pros DO throw vicodin down and take the needle, as they should IMO, but the MCL...thwere is NO drug to conceal that pain. I would rather take a dick in my virgin asshole from Grape Ape on an all night bender, while Jabber Jaw fucks my mouth then play with a partial MCL tear.
I think all these assholes (players) that called outy Jay Cutler should apologize(if they had balls but they don't), and go fduck themselves with a ditch witch. Maurice jones drew can fuck off especially. here you got a pussy running back from that all too tough school UCLA

, you know, the school that wears powder blue uniforms....and the guy has a hyphenated last name....WTF is HE calling out an NFL QB, attempting to play an NFC championship gamre in 1 degree weather? Let me guess, Maurice was at his home with a duraflame log simmering,
watching the real champion caliber players, um, play.
You here that call Cutler a pussy clearly have No idea what you are talking about, and the fact that brian fucking urlacher not only defended him, but also called him one of the toughest guys on the field should tell you something....and oh yeah, MRI reveals the injury IS real.
Apologize or shut the fuck up! Hell, just trade Cutler straight up for Carson Palmer and BOTH teams will be happy.
