Anyway, this is a cyber pub, so I'll lighten up and have a drink!!!
Jonny, I don't know where you got the Arabian thing from either mate, the AC could be anyone.....it could be Bush, though I happen to think Bush just works for him!

Not really sure where I got it actually. From a site that I lost the link to when I scrapped my previous computer.

It was a really good show. I was a bit disappointed about the very short sets for the opening acts, but overall, all the bands performed very well, with no weaknesses at any point.
Firehouse played the shortest set, sticking mostly to the debut, and a couple from
Prime Time. They did a meet & greet after the show (I got all my merch signed.

)
Quiet Riot played second. Not really familiar with their stuff, because I'm not a fan of the group. They stuck to the
Metal Health cd, which was no big surprise. They did a meet & greet as well. Chuck Wright was there, but wasn't too thrilled when I asked about a
House of Lords reunion. A one-off show, he said, then wanted nothing to do with me. (I would've thought he'd be thrilled that a younger fan would know about a lesser-known 80's group that he played for, but nope.)
Ratt came next, and they were a shit-ton better than the first time I saw them. No covers (a plus,) no Stephen Piercy (a BIGGER plus,) nothing but their best tracks, done with a better singer. They surprised me alot.
What amazes me though is how
Cinderella continue to be one of those forgotten high-profile rock groups that people don't ever talk about. They haven't written any originals for 11 years, there's no demand for a new album, yet they're still drawing people in like crazy, and they still pull off a kickass set, complete with fireworks and the like.
During the show, my
Within Temptation t-shirt attracted the attention of a couple of Euro-Metal junkies dressed in goth. They made me look like an amateur. I listed all the bands I knew about, and they gave me a ton more bands from all spectrums of the Euro-Metal scene. (from Leaves' Eyes, to Soilwork. They knew their shit.) They were also at last year's Nightwish show, and yes, even they were disappointed that they didn't meet the fans.
Amazing show overall.
