Anyway, I just picked up "Essential Journey", and outside of the biggest hits, I'm not really that familiar with the band, can anyone help as to some of the other tracks I should check out? I'm also wondering if there are any key tracks that aren't on this collection at all? I know about "Stay A While", are there others? I've always liked Journey decently, I even saw them back in 2001, but I've just never really explored their releases too much.

For starters, I say get "Frontiers" (must own-this is the definitive melodic rock masterpiece), "Arrival", and then either, Infinity or Evolution.
Greggie wrote:Doesn't Essentials cover most of that though? Of course, so does the Time3 Box set, but I believe the obscure stuff like little girl or natural thing wouldn't turn any new Journey listener off.

HP is one of Journey's best songs, if not possibly thee best.

Shut up queer. You know that's not true.
