Also, MN is an awesome state to live in, in spite of the cold. I've traveled all over the country and would move back there in a heart beat if it wasnt for my kids being in IL now.

He found a partner that he had writing chemistry with and that he genuinely enjoyed sharing a tour bus/stage with. I think he sounds like a guy frustrated of always being the perrenial second banna. Neal wants to go big time and doesn't quite know how to get there. He had high hopes for SS and now they've gone up in smoke. My .02 cents.

Shadowsong, have you heard the unedited TBF interview satelite feed? Steve's one of the guys on that. It's hilarious.
The_Noble_Cause wrote:Not sure. Steve Perry is a legend, and while Neal may never achieve the same status of mainstream notoriety as Perry, one would think that just being associated with the legacy of Journey would be more then enough.
If I were him, I'd drop the dreams of grandeur, be happy with what I've got and focus my creative efforts on furthering Journey's aforesaid rich musical legacy.
ohsherrie wrote:Actually it was a series of radio interviews that they did with several stations around the country through a satelite feed from LA. It's hilarious. They were having a great time between the linkups with the various stations. I don't know of a link to it though.
