I absolutely love it...this is the classic almost intagible thing that Peterik seems to represent. The classic Survivor sound and melody is just THERE. It's immediate, it grabs you right away (not always the case on Reach). Not a rocker, but not a ballad....hard to nail down but so catchy and so very good. It moves the shit out of me, very emotional tune. Great K-K-K Kerannnnggggsss out Frankie's axe....subtle melodic keys unbelievable killer kick ass short guitar solo from Sullivan in the middle (not unlike Zevon's Werewolves of London riff or something).
God, I wish they had added to this and had Jamo record a lead vocal and put it on Reach. That's not to say Dave did not deliver an awesome performance on it, either. The 4 chord key riff that plays throughout it sweet, too. The harmony vocal, always a Frankie area of expertise is stellar, sounds on the chorus that Bickler and Frankie are in the same mic singing face to face....What a fucking song.
