Alot of it seemed implausible, but there is that troubling little matter of tower 7.
Why exactly did it fall?

I'd be lying if I said I knew what you were talking about. However, considering the Twin Towers coming down was like an earthquake, that would be my guess. Pure speculation, however.

Let's not forget about all the innocent Iraqi civilians killed while celebrating their no electricity, food, jobs, liberation!! I know people whose lives have been close to destroyed in Iraq because of W's big shock and awe plan. Heartless fucker, he is!

Tower 7 was another tower, about a third of the size of the Twins...It had billions of dollars in the concrete basement that was moved out a couple days BEFORE all this shit happened. It also had computer records of various trading and money transfers of prominent gov't officials and their buddies financial dealings....
..Now...Tower 7 wasn't hit by any aircraft. Hmm..Why or better yet, how, did that mysteriously fall, thus destroying all evidence?

With distorted logic like this Hitler, Stalin and Mussolini would have never lost power. Hussein averaged killing WAY more per year BTW. And at the very least the death's are now, with a few minute exceptions, unintentional or by their OWN people. We handed over power a week ago...we're now more or less "backup."

Stalin lost power because he died of a stroke after a dinner party...

It was a Helluva lot better with Hussein IN Power! That guy kept that shithole in order.

I love how Bush says we are safer today. Who in the fuck is he kidding? He stirred up the hornets nest.

In late 2004 the civilian death toll in Iraq was 58 times higher than it was before the US invasion. The situation has deteriorated in the two years since then....

He was also an enemy of Al-Queda. We fucked up royally. Not discounting that he was a savage, but look at the results without him. That is all that culture understands.

I would have no problem with anihilating the entire region. It is the cause of too much idiocy in the world, but what we did was just stupid. If you want to win the "hearts and minds", give them porno and alcohol. Porno and alcohol are the natural enemy of radical Islamic fundamentalism.

So nuke them or show them some titties.

Hardly distorted logic.... The assault on Iraq had nothing to do with saving the Iraqi people from Hussein.... kind of like W letting us know he doesn't think of Bin Laden....whatever. The destruction of lives did not happen over the last week. The destruction of families was not at the hand of their neighbor. I speak of people I know.... first hand accounts. Yeah, the USA is a disgrace to many countries because of W's antics. Heartless liar, he is.

Wrong again. Muslims will not rest until ALL infidels are dead. They seek to eliminate every single one of us. Been like this for thousands of years. Any division amoung us just strengthens them. They hate us all. Personally, I can't stand ANY form of religion. Muslims are fuckin' nut jobs and Catholic priests have been raping boys for several hundred years too long.

Amazing...America is the only superpower on earth...with an awesome miltary at its disposal...yet so many of its citizens are trembling like scared little girls because there are a few Islamic extremists with rusty old AK47s wandering around in the Middle East.

I'm not trying to minimize the shock and the tragedy of Sep 11...but honestly...the delusional paranoia that attack created is often extraordinary to behold.

Al-Qaeda appreciates your sympathy. And by the way, Zarquawi received medical treatment long before we ever arrived in Iraq. He's had ties to Al-Qaeda for many years. How would he, a member of Al-Qaeda, receive medical treatment in a country where Hussein knew of every single person that comes and goes? And how did Al-Qaeda magically appear with sophisticated weapons in the Al-Anbar province, virtually overnight? They've been their for quite some time. And I'm sure the thousands of women who were raped during Hussein's rule would disagree with much of what you say.

And another thing...
Where the hell was W and his GOP while the women of Afghanistan were being oppressed; denied everything and killed in a public forum for entertainment? I think he was busy making a billion dollar deal with them, the TALIBAN, to secure the unocal pipeline. Yeah, he really cares about humanity. I can't wait for him to fade away.

Weapons of mass destruction in Iraq that were never found - and we invade on faulty intelligence
Real nukes in North Korea, and now close to it in Iran. No invasion.

:?:

Bin Laden I blame on both Clinton and Bush. Clinton was offered Bin Laden on a silver platter and didn't do anything about it. Bush started a quagmire in Iraq while Bin Laden runs loose.

No wonder I drink........

I am tired of certain other governments criticizing the U.S. though. Yeah, this is f'd up but how many nations have we bailed out over the years?

Whoa, Whoa, Whoa. I was NOT insulting you. The Al-Qaeda comment was made in jest. The rape comment was more a matter of fact. Women, thousands of them, were brutally raped and mutilated under Hussein. That has now, to the best of my knowledge, stopped. I tend to think that a lot of women, while still not 100% safe, are happy as shit that he is no longer in power. And remember this: That country was happier than Friga watching Little House On The Prairie re-runs when we made our way to downtown Baghdad. But, as is usually the problem, the minority Sunni's saw this as a threat to their dictatorship and used the religion card to sway insurgents from all other countries to cross the borders.
PS If I did indeed offend you Lula, know that it was unintentional, and that I apologize (made sure I spelled it right for Deano)
