I'm concerned that with all that pit there could be some serious atony. Let's also have a hyster tray and a second OR team standing by in case this C-Section turns to a C-hyst! And, in case we can't get the T&C back in time, let's have four units of O- on stand by in case we need to transfuse before type specific is available.

I have O neg, I'll donate some. Methergine doesn't suck as bad as hemabate (nasty diarrhea!!!) but, we've got to do what we've got to do. If we have to do a hyst then this situation will never happen again cuz there will be no more babies!! After we're out of the OR, lets give 200 mcg of cytotec PR ( ) if we don't do the C-Hyst.
