However, the track as heard on the soundtrack differs from the ROR track. It contains a lot more guitar work. I've been looking for the North Shore version for years. Does anyone have or know where I can get my hands on the soundtrack version of this song?
Anyone?

Happy To Give...with guitar? Are you sure, Storyteller? I would LOVE to hear that......

I've never seen that live version either (Augeri singing?). Anyone know where I can find it?

And what a superb solo that is, Red. More than makes up for the weak vocals....

Assume that's a shot at Augeri, but Castronovo was singing that live.
Red13JoePa wrote:Hm.
I thought Castronovo was REAL solind on the one I have...
It's Toronto, is that the one you heard Matto?

Still...of all the songs in the catalogue this is maybe the toughest one to pull off...

GW - somehow it always falls short on the opening line especially - never sounds quite powerful enough somehow. I'd love to hear a great version of it from the ROR tour...the only one I have is Ohio...and the Long Beach show from New Year's Eve late on in the tour....

Cheers XZfla - but the problem (without being too boring about this!) is that my lap-top wire has burnt out and my wife is meant to be bringing home a new lead and a firewall so I can rescue the rest of my iTunes library and transfer it. Hoping she'll be back soon from the shops....and that she understood the instructions!

That said. The movie as a whole sucked, though Nia Peeples and the extensive use of HTG were the few highlights of it.
