Well, we agree on something. "Corporate America" was crap. I disagree on Cosmo, though. I think he is more valuable as a live singer than studio. Not on lead vocals however, just for backing vocals and hitting those high notes. If they continue, which I'm not sure they should, they need to get a brand new lead singer.
