While I enjoyed seeing the pics, I can't blame him, it was a private wedding of a friend. He probably didn't want them splashed all over the internet. There is some real nutjobs out there.

The wedding planner did not include any other pics from that wedding or pics of any other guests.
I felt that it was exploitive and the wedding planning company was using Mr. P as bait trolling for clients.
I doubt that the C&D would have been issued has it been a fan site.
However, it is not a fan site - it is a business trying to increase traffic - and it appears that they did not ask his permission. This was a private event - not a public one.
Why not blame the wedding planner for their actions.
