You might have been one of the ones that thought Don's hair was 100% real:

"Any women (sic) that's ever really been my lover will tell you that my hair is 80% real these days with the exception of a few braids for length. Unless it was a quickie and they didn't notice." ~ Don Dokken

HAHA! Yeah, she kept saying something about me having a gun in her face, and I was like, "What?!?" Turned out my buddy icon was a picture of me with a Glock pointed at the camera, mega 3D-style!

Comin' 'atcha... MARCH 2008!!! Rated PG-13: for mild lameness.

Hey, that picture was cool! Ball cap and shades with a big, fat Glock right in the camera! I remember being really ticked to find that I'd deleted the original, and all I had was that little thumbnail-sized version. I'm surprised you could even tell what it was.

Interviews.... they are like panning for gold in Ft. Knox! He says the funniest things... Here, I'll find a new one I've never seen before right now for our mutual amusement. These things would be great on fortune cookies! :P Searching now...

Oh, TOO FUNNY!!! I've never seen this before... check this exchange!!! :P

R: It's cool, how Dokken rhymes with rockin'. It's like you were destined to rock. It's also cool that you didn't go and change it to Rokken, like some guys might have, back in the day. You just let it be implied. Cool.

DD: What? Change my name to Rokken Dokken? I don't understand.

R: We'll just move on.

DD: I don't get it [laughs].

:P !!!

R: You know what would be really cool? If you got Eddie Van Halen on lead guitar. And then maybe Alex Van Halen on drums and maybe Michael Anthony on bass. Van Dokken. That'd be pretty cool, don't you think?

DD: Actually, I think that'd be great [laughs].

R: And maybe you could get Dave or Sammy to sing.

DD: Mmm-hmm. Yeah--

R: Okay, one final question. Which of the following euphemisms for 80s metal do you prefer: hair metal, ass metal, mousse metal, butt rock or cock rock?

DD: Cock rock.

Dokken's becoming more than a band, more than an inside joke, more than music, more than a cult, more than life, more than a religion.

Dokken is the very essence of our being. Let go of your inhibitions, embrace the Dokken....

LOL! Don't laugh, but I actually taped that one and this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQb1t_Yw0S8 off our music channel back in the day. I have a great mixed 4 hour melodic/classic rock videos and interviews VHS tape from way back. LMAO, going to have to put that thing on dvd sometime before the tape disintegrates. :D
