Journey Files Restraining Order Against Fans

It was reported that on Wednesday at 10:00 am in Santa Rosa Courts Journey Filed Restraining order Cases against all their Fans.

Apparently first they went to the United Musicians Association and asked the Board of Directors if they could legally FIRE all of their fans after all these years.

The Board of the UMA told them "not in your wildest dreams" although they had the right to fire band members such as lead singers..... just as an example all they wanted. But they had no right to Fire a Fan no matter what the circumstances.

So that is when Band Legal found a Loophole to try a Restraining Order against all the Fans.

Judge Barry Landonhauser heard testimony from all the band members.

One band member claimed that at the Heart Bar prior to The Journey Concert three unknown women approached him in the bar and cornered him. One had bad breath so aweful it made said Band Member throw up in his mouth causing acid burn nearly making it impossible to perform and sing.

Another band member recited a similiar experience where he was relaxing up on the Mezzening when two women and two bay area men approached him. Band Member says they kept staring at his "Privates" causing him to be self concious about himself nearly making it impossible for him to play in front of a crowd without wearing a robe. He stated management had to give him valium and use a prosthetic manhood for the concert. Fortunately it was in Vegas so many were on sale and readily available in all colors but it caused mental duress.

Another band member claimed to have a dark stalker follow him all over the casino's chanting "you shoulda been gone", he claimed it was Steve Perry former frontman. After police checked it out Perry was on vacation in Hawaii so he was cleared. Police have asked the Casino Security for surveilence tape.

All band members claimed that all the fans had pressured and caused them to put out Red 13 against their will causing more mental duress.

Claims go on to Rabid Fans drooling and pulling clothing, asking for pictures more than once, asking for autographs year after year.

Lastely the band stated they have put in a Legal Letter to Wayne Newton the man, the legend to actually trade his fans for theirs.

Wayne was reached by phone but refused to comment. He did say "any clue where your fans they buy their panties?" but his agent took away the phone and said Wayne would review the request with utmost impotance.

Judge Barry Landonhauser cried after hearing testimony, he said all his life he had dreamed of groupies, autographs and fame but ended up as a judge.

He told the band to rethink their decision and get back to him in 72 hours.

If this is true, I doubt it, but if it is, Journey would have had to provide some sort of evidence to support the need for such an order. We don't know what's going on from their point of view. They got wackos and scrubs such as "Susie" here and then a ton of bullshit could be coming down the pipes from the Philippines which would put a Nigerian money scam to shame. Or they are just bracing for the anticipation of the trip to the Philippines. Either way, this is band drama I wasn't expecting to see.
