I haven't heard if we've gotten this yet or not, but I guess they FINALLY(maybe) set an album release date of November 23rd. (for those who care anymore of course)
One full decade after an official new Guns N' Roses song was last released, the band has sent the title track of its upcoming album, Chinese Democracy, to radio stations nationwide. A 50-second snippet was made available to stations on Tuesday (October 21st), with the full track arriving on Wednesday morning (October 22nd). This is the first new Guns N' Roses song to be submitted for airplay since 1998, when "Oh My God" was released as part of the soundtrack to the movie End of Days. As for the long overdue Chinese Democracy album, all signs indicate that it will be released on November 23rd exclusively through Best Buy.
A track listing for Chinese Democracy was posted at BestBuy.com, although a pre-order option that briefly appeared was later taken off.
According to Billboard.com, sources who have heard the album say that it opens with a "blood-curdling Axl Rose scream."
Two different covers will apparently be available, along with CD and vinyl versions.
Chinese Democracy has been in the works since the mid-'90s, with speculation and mystery surrounding the album's 13-year journey, ever-changing roster of players and spiraling recording costs. Eleven of the CD's 14 songs have either been performed live or leaked online during that time.

definitely.if he would've released this right around the time he made that appearance he could've generated some buzz for the album.the strange thing is this thing is supposed to be released in little more than a month and to me there doesn't seem to be any real chatter or promotion at all.i mean there is no MTV spots or big magazine articles at all.if this album does fail that'll be his sole reason is because it wasn't promoted or pushed enough.just wait and see.then he'll reunite the band and that will be his big comeback.....
