Yeah, and SP would be the first to admit Elvis's impact. I'm not much of a fan, but even reasonable people who don't get The Beatles, to take another oft-praised and oft-panned legendary group, understand their importance to ALL music in general.

So many musicians have been influenced by The Beatles who could sing and/or play circles around them (Phil Keaggy and Brad Delp, to name two who actually covered them). Doesn't decrease the role The Beatles had in influencing them.
