It's a Canadian show! I think it still runs in syndication on some channel we get here - I'm sure I saw it just a couple of months ago either here or when I was in Vancouver.

I used to watch Ray Rayner & Friends every morning before school. I even had a stuffed Cuddly Duddly. I used to love it when it would be close to Christmas and he would show the Hardrock, Coco, and Joe and Suzi Snowflake cartoons on that show.
