Said this before. It is NOT just Journey.
You'll see that happen when there is current activity with other Legacy artists.
I've been observing. That's just what they do. Makes perfect business sense.

"When I Think of You" and "I Can See it in your Eyes" are fine songs, but essential?
Not hardly.
I hear what BJG is sayin, but Sony has showed deference to Perry in the past.
His direct input would help explain some of the batty creative choices going on here.

What the hell is I Can See it In Your Eyes?
A half-ass song that didn't make it on to TBF. I believe it was the Japanese bonus song. For me, more than anything, it showcases Perrry's voice being blown out. He tries to show power at times and it's completely empty. I think that's why the album was ballad heavy.Toph wrote:What the hell is I Can See it In Your Eyes?

Not a good song on there. Well, Can Do is ok.

Disagree. Worst Journey song ever. Yes even worse than Backtalk.Love numbers 7 and 12 though.

Wow Deb. I might be your long lost daughter. (if not, can I be?) You even dislike the same J songs I do. LMAO. And its not many J songs at all that I actually dislike. "Can Do" makes me... well, kinda cringe a little... so does Blech Talk.

"Back Talk" made it to Frontiers while "Liberty" and "Ask the Lonely" didn't...

Almost has a bit of a Megadeth sound to it...love it!!!The_Noble_Cause wrote:Saint John wrote:For me, more than anything, it showcases Perrry's voice being blown out.
Not to mention one of Neal's best solos ever.
Turn it up before the fade out and listen to him play like a man possessed.
