Is there a worse QB in the NFL aside of Brady Quinn? This guy is a piece of work. Stupid, no arm, and no brains...yeah, that equals greatness.

Perhaps not, but who will cover Gates? That guy is a physical speciman.

Fox Sports had a nice little blurb about LT.Enigma869 wrote:ttango1 wrote:Wow...welcome to the bandwagon. As you can see..the view is lovely!
Not on any bandwagon dude. Just call them as I see them. I still think Tomlinson is a complete fucking embarrassment and the Chargers are lucky they have that little midget Sproles willing to show up for the big games that Tomlinson can't bring himself to play in. I just don't think Pittsburgh's offense can score the points it will take to beat the Chargers. If the forecast calls for snow and 10 degrees, my opinion will immediately change, because the Chargers simply will not win a game in those conditions.

Yes, and I think Miami is a FAR better matchup for Pittsburgh, so that's who you should be pulling for. Now that I know it's over 80 degrees in Miami today, I am thinking Miami is going to give Baltimore all they can handle. I still think Baltimore wins a close game though.
I hope history repeats itself

Me too.
The Chargers record against Pittsburgh for the month of January is 2 wins & zero losses.
Both of those wins were in Pittsburgh.
3rd times a charm?
(One where Pittsburgh dominated in all phases of football)
Despite the low score, and the lack of a Steelers touchdown, this was a dominant performance by both the Steelers offense and their defense. It was just an odd game that ended up with an odd score.

How can you be dominant and still be in a position to lose a game?
Couple plays are the difference and I recall 94. Your defense was even better that whole game and only gave up 2 big plays. Just 2...of course they were long TD's but man, that 94 Pitt D had stars all over the place.
Deja Vu...it could happen.

I don't think you understand that the scoreboard was completely flawed, and there was a reason why the 11-10 score was the first in NFL history.
I'm not sure if you watched the game, but I remember it vividly, plus I was in the house.
Take stat VS stat. You'd think the score should of easily been Pittsburgh winning by 3 touchdowns. If you watched the game, you know that the Steelers threw San Diego around ALL GAME LONG and it was complete domination from start to finish.
Again, when you have 13 penalties for 115 yards, and your opponent has 2-5 yards, it's hard for any team to maintain drives and score any points for that matter. Field position is big in any football game, and the outweighing of penalties forced the group to kick at a long field and give SD short fields the majority of the game.. but it didn't matter because the NFL leader in passer rating, finished with a horrid 44.4.
As in '94, JFB can say it best that, that was a compete fraud of a win and they responded in Champion fashion by getting blown out in the Superbowl by SanFran in one of the most lopsided, slaughtering loss in SB history.
It'll be 18 degrees by kickoff. I like my teams chances, BIG, or else I wouldn't gloat this much.
