Wow, Deb might turn into a Foreigner fan!![]()
Kelly and Jeff Pilson are great. I kept expecting Kelly to forget he was on Ellen, and dance like he does in concert.

I wonder how Jeff does all that headbanging without getting a huge headache!

Sorry, all of that head banging, flippiing his hair over and over gets on my nerves. Such a dated move.![]()
I guess you can tell I'm not a huge Foreigner fan. I like some of their music, though.

This new singer from Foreigner, just doesn't have what Lou had - that's called raw talent, along with those extra gears, and that sound that made them famous, I never even heard of this guy before. And Hanson actually rates himself as if hes better, in the interviews Foreigner think they sound better now than they ever did, those dinosaurs have lost the plot with those kind of statements. Foreigner should of put this one to bed just like Journey should of, but in my opinion at least Arnel Pineda is a far better vocalist than the Rock singers out there... I'm done with the new Foreigner.
I also disagree. I honestly didn't know much about Kelly Hansen before his stint with Foreigner. That said, the dude is soooooo channelling Gramm on every note. I think he sounds more like Gramm than Pineda sounds like Perry. I think Hansen does a SUPERB job on the Foreigner classics. On another note, am I the only one who thinks that he and Steven Tyler (Aerosmith) could pass as brothers?

You ever hear the story of that asshole and myself in the middle of Planet Hollywood and PF Changs? That was a doozy. I would have ripped his fucking head off if there was a way I could avoid jail. Maybe St John can retell that or dig it up. He had a nice little write up on that episode.
Oh yes, I have lurked here for a long time and did read that. He loves to tell people not to show their faces at future shows. Been there, done that, too. I keep a pretty low profile, but I think it would be great to chat with you one day
No problem. Look forward to it. Throw some beers and talk about what an asshole JT is!
Vladan wrote:Man, I understand what you saying, and I am sure he does justice. Well you know the way I feel about this is the same way I felt about Journey, no different to when Steve Augeri joined the band.
