Me, too. It doesn't really cross my mind much while listening to "Generations" but I'd also stay far away from saying it's Augeri's finest vocal performance.
OK, then I revert back to my initial remarks of the thread, sticklerCT, that Generations was Augeri's "finest studio hour" which I said b/c I knew sooner or later I'd be hit with "well in light of tapegate, it must've taken multiple takes and prolly digital editng and protools..."
When liner notes begin recording number of takes, then I may downgrade my review of Augeri on Generations.
I also think Generations was Augeri's best sounding record vocally. However, I think it was the weakest of the matierial they put out with Augeri as the vocalist. There are some good tracks, but to much filler for my tastes. Conversely, I think Revelations is an even weaker effort.
