The Congress of Filipino-American Citizens filed a $65-million lawsuit against him in the past for talking about how Filipinos eat their young and sell their daughters as sex slaves. Of course since he seems to be bashing SP and seemingly giving props to Pineda all that's forgotten about.
They filed the lawsuit in 1992; 15 years before Pineda was announced as the lead singer of Journey. It amazes me how your mind works

This is exactly what Gunbot said, dude...
"filed a $65-million lawsuit against him
in the past"
I hope that got thrown out.
"Cheaters", "Dogeaters", I can see where people might get pissed off, hearing those sentiments expressed openly on the radio.
But it did happen over 10 years ago so no harm , no foul, right?
Well, its been a well known fact for years that radios and TVs have 'off' buttons and also a well known fact that there are other channel and program options. This is not to say that what was said is either right or wrong... but this country
does grant the right to say it.
Obviously his kind of show isn't going to be for everyone so if those who are offended by it simply don't listen, they wouldn't hear things that will upset them.
I'm really kind of tired of all the sensativity to everything. No one can say ANYthing anymore without someone crying about it. I mean really, we all have lives and problems and joys and whatnot... and we let some guy or girl on the radio piss us off with a comment? I say, if you don't like it, turn it off, don't tune back in, and go sniff a flower, lest a bus come and run thou over and leave your last thoughts on Earth to be annoyance at some silly comment by a total stranger.
