ducks got very lucky last night... they need to play like they are down a goal or two instead of sitting on a one goal lead. 3rd period stunk.

redwing... we met osgood's #1 fan last night after the game! he was telling us why it's important for chris osgood to win back to back cups. hehe. }:C)) VERY animated guy! he was REALLY red... joked that he got a sunburn to show his love for his wings. }:C)

Loved the "call"on the interference against the Wings behind the net by the blue line referee. That PP led to a goal, and LOVED the quicker than quick whistle that cost DET the tie.

But who's complaining? See you choads in beautiful British Columbia next week.

Pens/Caps, 2-2 OT. If the Caps win this it would be total rape. We dominated them all around the ice. Their goaltender is playing balls to the wall.. complete genius of a game. He's the difference. Pens would receive a devastating blow if they play like this and lose.

Hahaha, fuck Boston. Carolina wins again.

These playoffs have been stellar.

I am not going to jinx myself, but I picked ANA, VAN, WAS and CAR.

All lead 2-1.

YoungJourneyfan, you see Bill Cohwer getting the Cane fans all pumped the fuck up?!

lol, yeah.. I was actually worried because game 3 against NJ he did that, and they lost. I wanna see Boston knocked out so bad that I'm gonna shit my pants. Both games were phenomenal tonight. 2nd round is heating up all kinds of scenarios. Can't wait to see how it all plays out.

I'd say if VAN and WAS win tomorrow, they should be a lock, being that they will be up 3-1 going HOME. Carolina and Anaheim win they will both be up but have to go on the road.

yeah, a 3-1 lead on the series in the playoffs, going back home is pretty much unclimbable for the team down. I see the Pens and Caps going back to Washington tied 2-2. All teams are playing so well, it's almost un-predictable. That's the way it should be. These games are not letting down.

I'm not sure if my problem was the same as yours, but I'll tell you anyway in case it helps.

The 2nd game was on versus, and my ch. for versus, or so it said, was ch.485, and it said we needed to order it. We were all pissed because we had versus, so we called Armstrong and waited 1 hour to break through. Turns out, they were showing it on ch. 172, and not 485, so we had it all along, and we missed the whole first period. Damn Armstrong.

We have Bright House Networks and I hate them! We got two different stories. The first person told us they have no idea how I had Versus for a week, when we do not pay for the sports package, and told us we could sign up for it then, and they would turn the channel on. So we accept, and wait and wait and wait, and THEN still no hockey :x

So we call back, and person #2 says, "oh, you don't have to pay for that channel, there must be something wrong with your box" We have TWO boxes!! How can they BOTH have the SAME problem??? So the best they would do is send out a service person this afternoon to "look into it" for us :x I looked around and didn't notice it on any other channels, but I will try harder next time just in case! Thanks! I can't believe you are IN Pittsburgh and had trouble finding the game

That's weird, Lynn. Far as I know, Versus is not a pay channel, and not part of a sports package... unless some markets do it differently.

What I'm pissed at is the sharing of two games on one channel. Chicago got totally aced out of the Blackhawks twice because the Bulls took priority on Comcast Sportsnet. (thank you Celts for ending that mayhem) When the primary game ends, they will cut over to the other game. And if there is overtime, you're screwed.

And that is what Versus did last night. Locally, we got the Pens/Caps, when I really only wanted to watch the Canes/Ruins. This also does no good when both games begin at the same damn time, because that usually means they're both ending at about the same time and there's nothing to switch to.

They were going to switch to the other game, but the Pens/Caps went to overtime, causing me to miss the OT in the other game.

You would think with ALL of the sports channels that exist now, there'd be a way for them to have enough different channels for all the games! They are coming to check out the cable between 1 and 4pm. Nice range of time there, huh? We pay enough for their service, you'd think it would be better :x

See bars, gyms.... all kinds of places I COULD have gone :P The cable person is here now so maybe I'll have it next game. I'm not really sure how many bars here in the south actually show a hockey game. I don't think we are known for our hockey down here

Well, Florida does have two teams, one which won the Stanley Cup a few years ago, and Carolina, who just may win it this year. Raleigh, NC was rockin last night I tell ya.

Thanks! I can't believe you are IN Pittsburgh and had trouble finding the game

That's what bars are for Lynn.

Well, NC is almost north compared to here  Maybe I'll have to drag Melissa's butt to a Lightning game someday. Maybe when they play the Pens next season. I know I can get her to go if I tell her we can stay at the Hard Rock after!

They are coming to check out the cable between 1 and 4pm. Nice range of time there, huh? We pay enough for their service, you'd think it would be better :x

I can solve your problem with 1 word. DirecTv!!! :D

Doesn't Directv have issues with signals sometimes? We have a whole package with the cable company that includes our internet connections too. I don't know if it would be worth it to change.
