So we call back, and person #2 says, "oh, you don't have to pay for that channel, there must be something wrong with your box" We have TWO boxes!! How can they BOTH have the SAME problem??? So the best they would do is send out a service person this afternoon to "look into it" for us

I looked around and didn't notice it on any other channels, but I will try harder next time just in case! Thanks! I can't believe you are IN Pittsburgh and had trouble finding the game

That's weird, Lynn. Far as I know, Versus is not a pay channel, and not part of a sports package... unless some markets do it differently.
What I'm pissed at is the sharing of two games on one channel. Chicago got totally aced out of the Blackhawks twice because the Bulls took priority on Comcast Sportsnet. (thank you Celts for ending
that mayhem) When the primary game ends, they will cut over to the other game. And if there is overtime, you're screwed.
And that is what Versus did last night. Locally, we got the Pens/Caps, when I really only wanted to watch the Canes/Ruins. This also does no good when both games begin at the same damn time, because that usually means they're both ending at about the same time and there's nothing to switch to.
They were going to switch to the other game, but the Pens/Caps went to overtime, causing me to miss the OT in the other game.
