Not bad for a kitten puncher, huh? LOL! Lora and Cyndy gave such great interviews. I think they helped make the JF a type of family for the fans. Very personal, very fun, and it made you more connected to the music. I guess that is why I bristle up when someone gives them a hard time. No one worked harder for the fans than those two. Besides the fact they treated everyone with respect, well I guess if deserved........![]()

I knew Lora's voice when I called, and she took care of things right away. She was funny, bright, and made you feel at ease. How many places do you go where people treat you that well? O.K. Lora I am sorry if I have embarrased you or Cyndy, or made you feel uncomfortable by saying all this. It is not my intent. I just think for all those years someone needs to appreciate what you have done. And I am sure many force members remember, and think the world of you two.![]()
Look how great those newsletters are? Folks these are the days when computers took up rooms! Before spell check, before computer printers. Lora and Cyndy rock!

I've heard this many times from many people over the years and I still don't understand it. You are basically letting your age define what you do. I joined my first fan club when I was 12 (The Beatles) and I joined Journey Force at the ripe old age of 26. I have been in many fan clubs through the years and at 56, I am a card carrying member of the Vince Gill Fan Club. I enjoy showing support for my favorite artists, interacting with like-minded fans, and the other perks fan clubs offer. I don't see it as an 'age' thing at all.

You wrote something completely fucking stupid (like I did a few days ago). Retract it, re-explain it or shut the fuck up. But quit coming up with dumber and dumber explanations trying to spin your way out of it.

SinJin, you should change your name 'cause you're not a "saint".
I think fan clubs are basically for kids...I joined one when I was 12. I, also, have never seen the point of asking people for their autograph and have never done it.
I don't think my opinion is stupid and I will not retract it!
Edited for grammer

You might want to edit again for spelling

Thanks for all the kind words and for sharing your collection, Ginger. Those definitely were the good ol' days. We did much of the work on typewriters - I hand-typed every, single Journey Force card. Yikes. I still remember when CP got her first Mac and I told her "those things aren't here to stay."
It's a shame the music industry has changed so much and most artists just aren't interested in taking care of their fans the way Journey did. It was a lot of work and expensive, but they built a very loyal fan base because of it.

Hi, Indi ... lol ... the first time I saw how he signs his name, I fell in love with him (strictly platonic speaking, of course). Knew he had a wicked sense of humor. That is how I see it, anyway... if that's not supposed to be his face, excuse the conclusion.
