I believe its more like 60,000 to 75,000 but who cares? It will rock - i know what to expect - its not my first time - i know to expect a great gig tho!
He has just released a greatest hits package here - the buzz in my office is unreal - even among the young and so called trendy kids - very refreshing these days.
Going to ac/dc too but Bruce is the one i'm really itching to get to..........

It was in this month's (UK) classic rock mag - Coverdale retorded by saying "we do not mime - we are just that fucking good"!
I do not believe he would mime but judging by some of the recent youtube clips - maybe he should cos he sounds awful these days - and in his prime he was a wonderful singer.
JLT should learn to shut up.............or bring that damn Rainbow tribute band to the UK instead!Sorry if i'm ranting but its a wed night and i am getting completely loaded on vodka red bull and Rush on the stereo.....................
Rockindeano wrote:Anyway, if JLT is accusing Road Map of lipping, then I bet my ass he has something on him. Those guys don't throw out falsies and hope they stick.
Point to JLT.

Coverdale needs a 60 pound bag of plaster to fill in his road map face. He looks like he fell asleep on a hot BBQ grill.

He sounds phenomenal on that disc, and on the live disc that came with G2BB. Of course, all of that can be altered in the studio now that it's the 21st century, but I don't know if I believe that Whitesnake would do that sort of thing.
At any rate, I will be seeing, reviewing, and shooting the band at the Moondance Jam in July so I will be able to judge for myself.

You're fucking retarded. The Corrs are in a completely different genre, they all play and sing and write their own tunes, plus they are hot.

Dude - please let us know how that goes - i was always a fan of Coverdale's voice but in very recent times it has sounded quite finished - obviously official DVDs can dress it up in the studio but you can give us the inside scoop!

Inside scoop on the way, sir! It's what I do...
Very much looking forward to the festival in general, and Whitesnake in particular.

Can i ask - your AV holds a picture of Stevie Nicks. was this a gig you attended/worked at? Did you enjoy if that was the case? Or is it just coincidence she is there?
I'm praying like mad i get to see the mac or Stevie one last time.
Its no secret i consider her to be the best female singer/songwriter ever..............

Yes, all of the photos in that logo are my shots.
Stevie is quite the character, that photo is from a Fleetwood Mac show in March of this year. She was very reserved during the first half of the set, but when it came time for her to sing "Stand Back", she completely let loose and started dancing and singing with all she had. It was an interesting on-stage dynamic to watch, that's for sure.
Really enjoyed the show as well.
Isn't FM headed to your neck of the woods later this year?

That's what I said, G- Carla told me I was fuckin' stupid, and I told her the Corrs are accomplished musicians..all of them, especially Jim.
Hey Gunbot, is it just me or do you also wish that lonely button on your girl in your avatar would simply snap?

My Fault this time, i mention them (defending Coverdale and Turner names), but NOT for compare them..now about who are or not complete real musiciansat the end come to a taste thing i guess, about this particular band i think they are very pretty girls, but for me their music is quite boring...but well that's me

Carla - they are genuinely talented - but they do not hold a candle to JLT and Coverdale from a few years back. I wish JLT would tour this Rainbow act round the world.!!!!!
