Refs fuck the Patriots yet again.....no need to talk about the 4th and 2. They got fucked on that play too.

When I see DBs handchecking and swiping WRs hands away all game, but Butler just jumps for a ball, NO contact - and that's PI? The refs took this away from the Pats.

I have no problem with the officials' call on the 4th and 2 because Faulk was juggling it. The Butler interference call was one of the most absurd calls I've ever seen. Hell, watching it live, I thought it was ridiculous and seeing the replay really made the call unconscionable. Oh well...It's the NFL and this shit happens every week. You get some calls and lose some. At the end of the day, the Patriots really have no excuse for losing this game. They really dominated the Colts for most of the game, so to piss away a game they were dominant in is a huge disappointment.

It's not close to the worst call in history. The reality is that if Faulk doesn't juggle the catch, they get the first down and the game is over. At that point, people are saying that he has stones for going for it. It's really no different than a coach going for a 2 point conversion to win the game instead of kicking the PAT for the tie. I don't agree with the call and think you ALWAYS kick the ball under those circumstances. Oh well....onward and upward we go. I'm already looking forward to the rematch against the Jets next Sunday at 4:15pm!

I've watched many games in enemy territory and I came out un scathed and held my own quite well. I don't stuff anything in anyone's face or ride the bull dance like Shooter McGavin. I cheer when my team scores and cheer when something big happens, like any fan would do. There's trash talk and bickering but hardly came to any fights. Hell yeah it was. Everything the NFL wanted from these two teams, this is the reason why the NFL schedules these matchups for mid season, they never disappoint. The NFL loves high scoring, and even though both defense's has major holes to fill, both offense's score at will and when both teams make a mistake, then something must be wrong. A typical N.E/Indy game for the ages and something tells me this won't be the only one this season. If it does happen, unfortunately for the Colts, Belicheat doesn't lose to the same team twice in a season quite often.

Without a doubt, I'd take Brady 10/10 with big stakes on the line at Foxboro. New England just DOESN'T lose there, PERIOD. Even though Brady and that offense won't be slowed down dome or not, to play in Indianapolis on the fast track pays major dividends for Indianapolis and just heightens their chances of winning a big game since Manning has always struggled big time out in those elements late January at Foxboro. (Remember now, Manning is Manning in the playoffs, so who knows.) I see New England handing New Orleans there first loss, so if Caldwell goes for the undefeated season rather than sitting players when all if wrapped up, The Colts will go 16-0 this year, but they are due for a slip up, since they got lucky the past couple contests.

The Bengals are 100% for real on both sides of the ball. If Benson is out for an extended period that could change things. But, right now, they look the best to me. The biggest variable is that Peyton, Brady, and Worthlessberger are all proven winners who know what it takes. Not many guys like that on the Bengals team yet.

Do you even pay attention to the NFL? Even with the loss last night, the Patriots are the 4th ranked team in the AFC (meaning they wouldn't be a wildcard). Pittsburgh and San Diego would be the two wildcard teams right now. Furthermore, saying it might "cost them the season" is a bit ridiculous. Did you watch the game? Does that look like an offense who is struggling to score points? I can promise you that the only other QB the Patriots will face this entire season who has any shot of throwing up points like Manning is Brees. Also, if I go with your premise that all of a sudden the Patriots might be done...who do you suppose is winning their division? You do realize that if you win your division, you're in the playoffs, regardless of your record, right? The Patriots are two games up in their division, and I promise you that Miami isn't catching them and neither are the Jets! I get it...the Patriots lost the game. That said, they lost to an undefeated team. If I'm a Colts fan, I wouldn't come away from that game feeling like the Colts are some unstoppable team. I just love all this NE/NE/Pittsburgh smack and no one here says a word about 7-2 Cincinnati, who should be 8-1 due to a fluke play against Denver. Yeah yeah, I know there is no such thing as "should be" but right now, I'll take Cincinnati over anyone. Their defense is awesome, flies to the ball and pressures the QB. Rothlisbrger didn't have a chance. Pittsburgh was clearly outplayed by a better team, period. The Colts are in the driver's seat for the playoffs, but Cincy has a lock on the divisioon, having beaten Baltimore and Pittsburgh twice. They get the Clowns again and not too tough of a schedule. Good luck as the wild card Steelers.

As for NE. They are still the best oil machine in the game and Belechik is still the best coach in the NFL. He probably figured, "make it we win." I would have punted it, but I am not in the NFL with four rings either.

Which team in the AFC has more depth than the Colts or Patriots? Both teams have been decimated by injuries this season, and both teams are playing a whole lot of rookies. They have a combined record of 15-3. Pittsburgh certainly isn't "deep" and without Polamalu, they'll get smoked by either of these offenses! The Bengals have a defense that I think is for real but their offensive "skill" players don't scare me, even a little! San Diego is always supposedly "the team to beat" but Norv Turner is their coach, so that's not happening. There is a reason that Jerry Rice said his Pop Warner coach was a better coach than Norv Turner!
