Have you ever been to a teacher's lounge? I avoid it myself, except to pick up mail. There is always cupcakes, and junkfood. Many offices have the same issues. I am just saying to ween people off of poor diets is easier said than done. Education would help a younger generation learn to eat better than their parents do, and infomercials teaching good habits would be good as well, that is mainly my point.
How many of you grew up in the clean your plate generation? Starving children in Africa and all.........don't be wasteful. That was all I heard as a child. Now I don't do that, nor do I encourage my children to do that. But I heard lots of parents tell their children the same.
And portions at restaraunts are ridiculous. My husband and I share a meal, and I know it pisses the owner off, but we cannot possibly eat all that they serve.
I am just saying old habits die hard. People need to be re trained to eat better.
Yup, totally true - but I don't think you got the point of my post. It's more that the consequences you take in the mall, grocery shop etc, impacts a lot more people than yourself. That's my point (One of 'em at least. I'm not judging you, Ginger.

). I'm really passionate about this, and I think more should be to be honest.
I got two girl's phone number on my morning run today. Latinos are just amazingly beautiful! Still waiting for MG's number though...
