From what I can remember:
Oceans between us
Eye of the Tiger
Burning Heat(Jimi came on stage and sang. With Toby)
I can't hold back
The Search is Over
Sound of Home

The POL songs they played are
Sound of Home
It's Criminal
She's Gone
Unbreakable
Heaven on Earth
The Gift of Song
and one more I cant remember of the top of my head.
Hearing Oceans Between Us was awesome, hope they keep that one in the set.
JP also mentioned after the next POL record which he told me would be released next spring, he wants to take the POL on the road across the country and play anywhere.

Thanks Sean and LtVanish. I can't believe they played Oceans... that's unbelievable. One of my favorite Survivor tunes of all time. Too bad Jimi presumably won't bust that one out today. That's a solid PoL setlist, though I'd sub Courage to Love Somebody in for Gift of Song. Heaven on Earth musta been killer live, I love that intro.
Man, POL nationwide tour would be great.

rob gave me a shout out from the stage as his facebook friend very cool.
cant say much about the rest of the nights acts, we were partying a little hard hangin up in the vip room which was open to everyone that night
got to finally meet rob, zander his son and doug who was sitting in with rob, the rock sugar guys were there meeting everyone they have a nice buzz and seem to have a lot of intrest from the people, caught a little of alias and mecca but not enough to review. the guys from crown of thorns showed up and were great. heared that some of the guys from danger danger and winger hung at the hotel bar closed it down and proceeded to the lobby with a coller and some acoustic guitars until 5 but sadly we partook in too much cheer from 6 to 1 and missed it.
day 2 nice sets from far cry and talon.rock sugar was very goodseemed to be alittle too good, i liked the stuff they did think it might get old quick though
tery brock and edens curse was very good.missed most of pride of lions waiting for a pizza at the restaurant jimi jamison got up and sang atleast 1 song missed it.danger danger were very good i like thier first cd alot and they played atleast 5 songs from it, great energy
talked to the crown of thorns guys again as they were hangin out in the crowd quite awhile again
y&t were solid maybe the set of the weekend, dave still can sing like its 1984, played a couple of new things got them to play dont stop runnin
day 3 ran late so wegot there in time for 7th heaven who were excellent and the 30 hits in 30 minutes was cool, but thier own stuuff is worth checking out
crown of thorns was probably the band nost people didnt know much of but enjoyed the most a great rockin set played about 5 songs from the first cd and stayed at the venue almost all day, great guys they spent the most time hangin with the people of any of the big names.trixter and winger played good sets justnot my cup of tea

I knew 3 of Trixter's songs going in but the rest was pretty good too. Watching Rod Morgenstein play drums was a treat (and I'm not even a drummer). He may be the best left-handed drummer ever. Definitely the best jewish drummer ever.![]()
John Roth surprised me too and Reb was solid as always (I've seen him with Whitesnake, Night Ranger, and Alice Cooper. First time seeing him with the band he's famous for -Winger).
My only recommendation for the next show, and I don't say this to mean but to truly help a guy out. Andrew needs to have a dress code in place for Jim Peterik at MR 3 (if there's one). It's truly getting embarrassing for him. I thought he was wearing a dress at first glance. Who knows, by next year, he may be out right cross dressing. Andrew needs to do this for Jim's sake and quite frankly for his own and the rest of the Melodic Rock community. Peterik's wardrobe or custom will single handedly drag the genre down and make it a laughing stock. Again not to mean but to offer friendly advice.

Heaven on Earth was really awesome live. Jim didn't play anything on the song and just sang his heart out with Toby, really cool moment in the show.
Ok, I made a mistake, they played "Music and me" not "Gift of Song" and the other song was "Let Me let You Go" which Toby stated was one of his favorite songs.

What difference does his wardrobe make?If he likes the way he looks, who cares? He writes some of the best songs on the planet. That's like saying "Elton John needs to change his wardrobe, or he'll bring down the whole pop genre!"
While I don't agree with his attire, it's really none of my business. Rock on Jim!!!

Tito cracks me up. I'm a huge JP fan, but come on Jim, if I'm trying to introduce someone to his excellent work, it doesn't do me any favors to pop in the PoL DVD only for them to see the guy I'm gushing about dressed more like a peacock than a rock star

You lucky person. Freddy Curci of Alias never performs live. You guys are too lucky... Wish I could have been there.
