It's not the opinion, it's the venue/method of expressing it. He says it in a Rolling Stone interview? Expected. He says it on the White House lawn receiving an award? Pretty foolish.

I'm sure it would be "just an opinion, no big deal" to all the libs if Uncle Ted showed up at the White House and made fun of Obama during the next president's reign. Right.

It's also a lot like Michael Jordan's now-infamous Hall of Fame speech last year. When you're honored, you should receive an award with tact and grace. I don't care if you're as famous as Sir Paul or as obscure as the best cricket player in the world receiving an award.

So Paul walks in and makes a "Bush is dumb" joke... big deal. Bush IS dumb. And Bush stood in that Rose Garden many a time and proved that with the cameras rolling. But hey - at least Paul didn't get blown from under the podium WHILE he was joking on the ex-potus.

I'm far from outraged over his comments. I have bigger fish to fry. I'm just saying, (1) it was tasteless and (2) these clowns stand to alienate at least half of their fanbase when they make these comments, particualrly when they charge ticket prices that most brokeass Democrat voters can't afford. Completely no anger. I seriously had a smile on my face as I swept up the pieces and put them all in the trash can yesterday. It's such a relief to rid my home of such useless rubbish.
