REO did/is doing this w/hi~infi, as well. As much as I love the concept, thekenjourney wrote:Just thought it would be a good idea since a lot of the other classic bands have been doing this lately. Bruce played both the Born in the USA and Born to Run albums in their entirety. RUSH played the entire Moving Pictures album. The only problem is that Dont Stop Believin would be played in the middle of the set when it is normally left for the end of their concerts.

Id rather just play the album.

It's both albums in their entirety, not bits and pieces. It's a pretty cool idea that would be great if DDY were there. That said, the current Styx is usually decently enjoyable to see and I don't mind Gowan. He works much better vocally on some songs than others, and he'll of course never be DDY.

Hm, I don't think it came near me. It's certainly nothing I'd make a road trip for, but I'd see it for a decent price.

Just saw this show on Friday and really enjoyed it. They did all of Grand Illusion and Pieces of 8, I was just surprised how many songs I didn't know.![]()
Great visuals though. Styx always seems to put on a really enjoyable show.

You couldn't have titled this topic any better? Probably 90% of the people who clicked on this did so because you posted it as a fact.
