Well, she does the same for me. We're very tight and we've made it through a lot. And I was probably exaggerating...more like three or four, perhaps.

Anyway, I'm done venting, responding to insults, and throwing them back. What was nothing more than a purely sarcastic retort to J/S somehow degenerated into this, and I'm calling it off right now.

I apologize for my part in all of this. And besides, I'm just compensating...

That's what I mean. I know people like that. And to me it borders "checking up on". And I never can understand how they can like living that way. It's not sweet and it actually loses its sweetness even more when it becomes that predictable. I'll take a random unexpected phone call or text message over that anyday!

Actually, she has more freedom than any woman I know. I actually encourage her to go out and party with her friends...and I've never once asked her "where she is" or anything like that.

Well, if it works for you, then it's all good. I just have close friends like that too, and I know there are things underlying and things aren't always as sweet and tight as they appear. But to each his own. We all like what we like. I'll go have a donut :P

This place cracks me right up. People can almost come to blows over stuff then turn around and be friends again a couple hours later. One big old world-wide dysfunctional family! LOL I love this place!

I think we can all be that way, somebody gets under your skin for some reason. For the most part I'm fine with all the Martinized/Sotomized ribbing, but once in awhile in the heat of a debate/argument I just feel like ripping somebody's head off. LOL usually SJ's.

Haha, yep. I like how Lynn's playing off her MR anger into justifying the outbursts around here but come on, we all drive each other to want to go outside and punt the cutest kitten we can find! It's funny, this place's savage lies within your own name. I don't take it too serious, as soon as I click out I go about my business in reality, but as soon as I click into MR and get into heated battles, Travis is fine, but YoungJRNY wants to knife somebody! lmao.

The knocks against Cleveland are fair and more than well-documented. I made a decision to come back here after college first and foremost because of all the family and friends I have here, but also because I'd rather be a big fish in a small pond in my career. I'm already making unbelievably good money in a cheap place to live and my friends and family are close by. Sure, the weather blows and the sports teams are hitting a new low even for Cleveland right now, but I get my concerts, culture, and the like here. Combine that with my friends/family and that's all I really need.

Now, if my family/friends all dropped off the face of the earth tomorrow, I'd probably be the first to be looking for a ticket out of here... probably to Denver.

Well, except that I watched 7 wishes punt MG around in a political thread for a couple of days. He is NOT some innocent kitten! PLEASE! It was not random. I simply got tired and decided to make fun.

*edit* and TRUST me Travis!! It's NO FUN punting a kitten!! They back down so easy, it really makes you feel bad after  I don't like doing that to kittens:( And who knew that StevePerryHair was SUCH a gang banger and Lynn is just a sweet sensitive little soul! ( I also just realized I took what you said wrong, but what I said still rings true! )

That's really not the case at all. MG was not particularly involved with that thread, nor I with her.

That thread had really devolved into an insult-hurling contest between MussoliniFan and me, with the added fun of the resident Republicans on the forum playing dog pile on the rabbit whenever RWF or FF made one of their pointless posts.
