You're not alone, dude. Haha.
Edit: So I see you got yours on the last page. I'm the only one left.

I have had card board cases before, but they always have a plastic holder on the inside. This should have been $5.99 with that kind of effort!

The packaging is absolute crap, and my first disc already has a couple of scuffs from storing it there a few times. The cardboard sleeve approach seems to be popular with Wal-Mart releases, and I HATE it. The latest KISS and Foreigner discs were the same. It's pushing me toward digital faster than any other factor.

After the disc starts to skipping in a week, you're gonna be wondering if it's the cardboard's fault. You did the best thing getting it into that plastic case.

They should offer them with the cd, a BOGO deal, buy the cd, get a case free

I will bet you that Walmart execs studied the costs of making this "sleeve" and determined that the 10 cent decision would save that corporation tons of money. I have never seen a cost conscience operation in my lifetime. Maybe that's why they net 22,00 dollars every second their doors are open, IDK. Either way, this just shows how cheap Journey the organization is. I am sure they had some sort of veto power on THEIR Intellectual Property. Many other artists who do the Wally deal choose plastic cases. This is disappointing.

Absolutely; Sam Walton was the king of the 10 cent margin on mammoth sales volume. Only works, though, if you maintain minimum quality standards that the buying public will accept.
