Never understood the whole "Hey you drink too much thing"

Maybe, maybe not.

Could care less what others think on that matter.

Most decisions for everyone are personal. I don't judge on most things. I personally think I drink too much at times, mostly on weekends for my age. Wife and daughter love me though and I have a good place of employment. I know some who don't drink at all that have had miserable sort lives.

Just try to enjoy your time here and do whatever works for you. I think all of us can be better people unless your name was Mother Theresa.

Dan makes this place fun to read, provides a minority view of Perry that is much more interesting than reading the rampant ball washing that runs amok here among most other posters, and I don't see how banning him either (1) has a purpose or (2) is equitable at all, given the conduct of many other posters :/.

I would bet the bank that she would be telling him what Im telling him. Don't be afraid you can do it Eye of the Tiger . Remember when you first started Steve how you ran on stage like a mad man and ripped up the place? I do I saw it 50 times and there was nobody better. To sit home and play the drums and sing into a mac is a waste of life, You want a yes man stay home you want a manager Give me a call we start training for the tour in March.

He is a human being and entitled to his own choices. And as much as I would love to see him sing again, I would never try and make him do anything he is not wanting to do down deep in his heart. The man gave at the office for quite a few years. I was fortunate to get to see him. It was magic. If nothing else it was some of the best memories of my life.

No disagreement there. Did you see the original Black Sabbath reunion coming ? Ozzy is gone and he still is getting back with the original band. You think they love each other? My biggest issue with Perry is he comes to sell a Journey cd but in the same breath say's they have gone there separate ways, Makes absolutely no sense, Whats the real reason for the cd? Current Journey which I can't stand getting to popular? This game is so damn old How many times has he said he is going to record a new cd in the last 20 years only to show nothing in return. He has no website zilch. He says Journey is doing what they are doing and he is doing what he is doing Last I checked he is still doing nothing, What a shame his stories don't even make sense at all. It is a damn shame that every great band from the past has had a terrible ending from the Beatles to the Bee Gees to Styx to Journey not 1 happy ending, Steve Perry could change that but he instead plays the drums and sings to himself and keeps making promises or suggestions that he has no intention of keeping. That is lack of integrity don't make promises you can't keep

Styx is happy because they are collecting pay checks 100 times a year, They rerecord there songs to sell to fans. They make up tee shirts to sell to fans ,They play the same show for 10 years just to collect the cash
That is selling out period, They have lost 90 percent of there fan base and can't even sell out a 3000 seater, They don't care its just about the money period.
