But that nothing is not the conceptual nothing the mind thinks it is, he is No-thing. Things are of the world, impermanent, but you being No-thing are always beyond impermanence.

What I was getting at with my quote is that a man who is loved for the material things that he has....in fact, has nothing. The material things are worthless, thus is the love he gets from having them.

The response is spontaneous and impermanent, the one perceiving this, all of This..... That IS Permanence. Things that come and go are indeed worthless. Is perceiving coming and going or is it in fact the perceived that is coming and going.

Exactly. Other people's beliefs has no effect on what I believe. Are there some whacko's that go overboard? Of course, but as George Carlin says, pray to Joe Pesci for all I care, has nothing to do with me, haha. It's when people of religion threaten me on where I'm going to go when I die like they've witnessed it first hand. Fear isn't the option in my eyes. Other than that, use your freedom of thought as you must!

I believe in God. I'm not ashamed to admit that I believe in God. I pray to God many times each day. I know God exists and I know that he has blessed me in so many ways and helped me through some very rough times. My beliefs do not hurt anyon. Nothing anyone says is going to change my beliefs and I don't expect that anything I say will change theirs. If S2M (or anyone else for that matter) doesn't believe in "the wizard in the sky" so be it. His beliefs don't hurt me and mine don't hurt him. It hardly seems worth anyone's time or energy to continue to debate it.

That's not it at all. There is nothing more powerful to somebody than their belief whether one believes in what you believe or not. One of the most fascinating mysteries and debates will be that of God. It's interesting to hear everyone's take on the topic. It can go in a wild array of directions, as seen in here. It's a sensitive matter for everybody only because the thought of being judged is on the line and nobody likes being judged. Like I said, that's the glaring aspect of it all, being judged by who you are for what you do or do not believe in, especially something that isn't remotely proven but yet, such a vicious state of emotion is involved. Mysterious to say the least and interesting. Please, continue!

Batman is NOT a super-hero. Just a millionaire able to afford top of the line gadget's who trained at the peak of every form of karate. Being a detective isn't a form of a super-hero since that doesn't qualify as a superpower. What does Batman do in the day time anyhow? If there truly was a time where a team needed to be created to end an Apocalypse in the Multiverse, Batman would be the last to be picked and used to stay back manning the Bat-walkie talkies!
