Kansas City at NY Jets - The Jets are still holding on to hopes of the playoffs, while Kansas City has nothing to look forward to. Jets by 14.
Tampa Bay at Jacksonville - The "Friends and Family Bowl" (translation...nobody gives a fuck). Tampa by 1.
New England at Washington - Washington has some good players on defense, and Helu has been running strong. That said, they simply can't score enough points to beat the Patriots. I'm certain they'll score some against the Patriots defense (who doesn't). Patriots by 14.
Atlanta at Carolina - Rival game for these two teams. Cam Newton is on his way to winning the rookie of the year, and Carolina is riding a two game winning streak. Cam's candicacy will continue, but Carolina's streak ends. Falcons by 7.
Indianapolis at Baltimore - If the Colts actually gave a fuck about winning, this is a game they could win. Baltimore has an inconsistent offense, but their defense will be all over this inept team of quitters. Ravens by 17.
Philadelphia at Miami - I absolutely LOVE the way Miami is playing this season. While they only have a 4-8 record, it is a VERY different 4-8 record than their opponent this week. Miami plays their asses off EVERY week. My guy tells me that Miami should absolutely win this game, coming off a THUMPING of the Raiders and on their home field. I'm not trusting my guy this week. Eagles by 3.
Minnesota at Detroit - Detroit has already slipped to third in their own division, and has a very realistic shot of not making the playoffs. They are a VERY undisciplined team with a very questionable head coach. I just don't see the Vikings being able to keep up on the scoreboard, if Stafford starts slinging it all over the place. Lions by 17.
New Orleans at Tennessee - The Titans are still alive for a playoff berth (even though they aren't a playoff team) and must win every game they can over the next three weeks. I don't like their chances with the Saints coming into town. Too inconsistent of a team, who can't hang with the big boys of the NFL. Saints by 17.
Houston at Cincinnati - My lock of the week. On paper, this is an easy pick for Houston. They have won 6 in a row, while the Bengals have proven that they simply can't beat good NFL teams. Houston continues to impress, by winning with whoever they put under center. I believe their luck runs out this week. Bengals by 7.
Chicago at Denver - Two teams going in opposite directions. Denver has won 5 straight. Chicago has lost 2 straight, with no hopes of being able to turn it around, without a QB. Denver by 7.
San Francisco at Arizona - Arizona is on a bit of a roll right now, but it's about to come to an end. The Niners have been quite consistent for most of the season. They are the better team here and show up. Niners by 8.
Buffalo at San Diego - Apparently, someone told the Bills that the off-season already started. They have clearly packed it in. Given that December is the only month that San Diego ever wins in, this isn't a great matchup for the Bills. Chargers by 15.
Oakland at Green Bay - Horrible position for The Raiders and their fans, coming off of a complete tank job against Miami last week. The only reason the Raiders are even among teams who have a shot of the playoffs is the division they play in. Based on their performance last week, the Raiders simply can't be taken seriously. Packers by 14.
NY Giants at Dallas - No tougher game on the schedule to pick this week than this one. Two teams coming off of tough losses. Jason Garrett needs to get his head out of his ass and start coaching. If the Giants lose this game (and they've lost 4 straight, so the odds aren't great), they may be out of the playoffs completely. Somehow or another, the Cowgirls always find a way to fuck things up. Giants by 3.
St. Louis at Seattle - Who the fuck would EVER make this a primetime game to be showcased on Monday Night Football? I get putting the woeful Colts into some of these games, because when the schedule was made, nobody knew that Manning would be out for the season. There is no such logical explanation for exploiting fans into watching this clusterfuck of a game. I still can't believe this game is on MNF. Seattle by 7.
