TNC telling it like it is. Look, I love Augeri, thought he was a good fit in the band in the earlier years and made up for his vocal inconsistencies with a professional and very kind attitude and the kind of vibe he gave off. But SHML is absolute identical vocals. For one to actually view the other boots then all of a sudden, view the SHML vid and not notice the differences in style, pitch, and natural voice versus a cleaned up studio version of one's voice is just beyond debate. It's not worth it when someone is in such denial that they have the two tracks identical in front of them, but can't find to spot and point out the obvious issues of a different sounding pitch from live Steve A and studio Steve A. It's practically night and day in how he even sounds to the basic of ears.
TNC hit it on the head. His vocal capabilities has him squirming in one video but the SHML, he's in perfect sound, pitch and doesn't flub once, coming from a singer where his voice cracks on a constant basis. Hard to believe people still defend Tapegate.
