Hopefully he'll get to leave today! Jeesh, things like this have been reminders to me to stop putting off appts and tests I need to have done, as if my husband's wasn't a big enough wake up call too. There's another MR'er who was recently diagnosed with a life-changer also and I know it's shaken him :( These things suck, but definitely a reminder to me to get those appts and tests done even if we don't want to.

Yeah it's amazing what we ignore when we shouldn't. I keep up like clockwork with surgeon appts every 6 mos from my mother's history, but have been awful about getting other stuff done. L and I just discussed last week about even needing to do the full body check at the dermatologist, just something I've put off for years that should be done!
