I don't really have much to offer right now, I have made slight dietary changes and have begun to go for a run 2-3 times a week. Not a whole lot of difference has been made; I need to look into other solutions
Well.... apparently there's a lot to be said for yoga. I have yet to see a single person who practices yoga both spiritually and physically who is not just in excellent shape.

I'm about to turn 26, and I've definitely noticed I have to cut back on certain foods/beer to stay as lean as I was in my early 20s, even working out quite regularly. But it still shouldn't be THAT hard if you're halfway conscientious about it. You shouldn't need to heavily diet or eat only veggies and fruits, but maybe you can have pizza and beer once a week instead of 3 or 4 times a week, for example.

So if you're kinda crossing the threshold from early 20s to mid 20s, maybe you just need to start eating a little better and/or working out more.

You are 26? lmfao! I thought you were 48..... hahahaha!

Can't do half the things I used to be able to do....damn asshole back.

And I also have recently seen a big change in food intake and the results :x
I used to eat whatever I like, and I still do  But that has to change soon...it just ain't working for me anymore.

The pic on the left is kinda grainy but I don't see much difference...and that's not meant to be an insult, either.

I've been sleeping more and eating less. It's helping. Now I need to change what I'm eating less of.

I think her face is noticeably thinner, especially in the chin and cheeks.

Deano would have made some type of Stockard Channing comment here, I am sure.

But it is true...a healthier diet can make quite the difference. Getting off the fried and fatty foods, empty calories, etc. makes a big difference. Cardiovascular exercise is a big help, too, not just for weight control but also for cardiovascular health and stress relief. I'm almost 39 and have managed to stay active, fit, and healthy. I don't do fad diets or anything like that. I eat well and exercise daily. I don't drink too much and don't keep any alcohol in my house. I've never missed a day of work for being sick, either.
