The pic on the left is kinda grainy but I don't see much difference...and that's not meant to be an insult, either.
I think her face is noticeably thinner, especially in the chin and cheeks.

But it is true...a healthier diet can make quite the difference. Getting off the fried and fatty foods, empty calories, etc. makes a big difference. Cardiovascular exercise is a big help, too, not just for weight control but also for cardiovascular health and stress relief. I'm almost 39 and have managed to stay active, fit, and healthy. I don't do fad diets or anything like that. I eat well and exercise daily. I don't drink too much and don't keep any alcohol in my house. I've never missed a day of work for being sick, either.
